What should I do if I'm having problems printing from Internet Explorer 8 (IE8)?
Note: Use the Print option from the File menu (select File > Print....) instead of clicking on the printer icon located in the menu.
For Internet Explorer 8 users experiencing printing issues, do the following before printing:
Disable the Shrink-to-Fit option.
In Internet Explorer, on the File menu, click Page Setup...
Clear the "Enable Shrink-to-Fit check box, and click OK.
Adjust the offset settings, if necessary.
Note: if for some reason these changes do not take affect the next time you open IE 8 to open PointClickCare, repeat the steps above but ensure there are no other browser windows open at the time.
